PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP
The main purpose of the seminar on Business Process and Outsourcing (BPO) is to provide a frame work for organizations and individuals to build successful social businessprocesses and outsourcing in line with global strategic cultural norms and technologies.

We are living in the Information and Knowledge age, which is characterized by a concept of continuous evolution. The technological and other changes are transforming, quickly, the environment in which the Information Society is developing and hence, the way we live, work, study and enjoy life. As a consequence of the digital revolution, enterprises are automating most of their business process and outsourcing strategies in order to increase the efficiency of their processes, reduce wastage, reduce risk, create new value domains hence new market niches.

Question: How can we tap into the global business cultural norms and technologies using low cost strategies for building a successful Business Process & Outsourcing (BPO) for enterprise

Objectives: The seminar will help participants to

  • Identify how to use social business processes and outsourcing technologies to improve strategies, communication, marketing, R&D and HR processes
